Our Story
Rockett Studio was founded by Geila Daughtrey in Singapore in 2014, following more than 25 years designing commercial and hospitality interiors across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
From the beginning, Geila’s approach has shaped the studio: deeply personal, led by empathy and meticulous research, and grounded in the architecture, heritage and culture of each place.
“I’ve always believed that great hospitality design tells a story. It’s never just about creating a beautiful space - it’s about capturing the spirit of a place and translating that into an experience people connect with and remember."
In 2022, Rockett expanded to the UK to support a growing number of projects across the UK and Europe.
Today, Rockett remains boutique by design and director-led, specialising in hotels, restaurants, resorts and private members’ clubs. Every project is approached individually, with the same focus on character, experience and sense of place that has shaped the studio from the beginning.

Design for a brighter future
Respect for the environment is embedded in our approach to design. We thoughtfully source materials and seek practical, sustainable solutions that reduce waste, energy consumption and environmental impact wherever possible.
Above all, we design for longevity – creating timeless, hard-working spaces that respond to the brief and budget, and are made to last.
